I bought an older home in the area and discovered there was some very aged and weathered red oak hardwood that had been covered up by carpet throughout the home for maybe 20 plus years. I wanted to restore the hardwood. Damian and DG Wood Floors team came highly recommended for this type of work and did not disappoint. Very professional, prompt, and thorough from start to finish. The floors look fantastic and I could not be happier.

I hired this company to redo all the wood floors/stairs in my house, I was told the project would take 4-5 days, they were done after 2. When I saw the final product I had some concerns so I gave Damian a call. I was met with immediate hostility and rudeness. He kept asking what I wanted him to do about the issues I brought up and I said I wanted to work with him to figure out a solution and he just kept saying he shouldn’t have to eat the cost of the project which I never once suggested. When I asked him what he’s done in the past when clients were unhappy with the result he said “I normally tell them to deal with it”. Eventually he came back to my house to look at my concerns and agreed that poor work was done and he fixed it himself with a discount, but no apology about how he originally handled the issue. The lack of professionalism and extremely rude encounter when a justified concern was brought up was very shocking and disappointing considering our previous interactions.

After a significant, and very inconvenient episode of water damage this summer Damian and his crew made life easier. They were courteous, professional, efficient and we love our new and update wood floor. Would highly recommend them.

DG Floors just finished our wood floor. They had to install new and resand the old. You can't tell where they threaded in the new with the old. A beautiful job. Finished project ahead of time which was awesome. Can't say enough about how wonderful our new floor looks. Thanks!

The crew were professionals from start to finish. They wasted no time getting the floor done 1 day ahead of schedule! Our floor needed to link up with the hallway in two doorway openings; now that it's finished it's impossible to tell where the old and new floors meet. I had Damian and his crew repair and refinish the 60 year old oak floor in my living room. The lead time was reasonable, the crews were on-time, knowledgeable, and courteous. Damien was recommended by our realtor when we bought a townhouse. We extended the wood floors on the main level and the installation was seamless with the existing floor and refinished beautifully. He also removed carpeting and installed LVP in the lower level. We could not be more pleased with the work of Damien and his crew.
