Hello, my name is Damian Guon, Owner of DG Wood Floors. I started out as a wood floor installer in the mid 90’s, and within a few years I was running my own jobs. I formed DG Wood Floors in 1998 after numerous requests from homeowners, designers and contractors to provide a high quality wood flooring service at a reasonable price. Now, nearly fifteen years later, I still work every day in the field with my team.

We are in business because we love the enduring beauty and endless variety of wood floors. We get most of our business from referrals, and there is a reason for that. We take care of our customers. We only consider a project finished when everyone involved is satisfied. And we don’t cut corners. DG Wood Floors has been a successful business for many years now, but we are still a small company, and every job counts. That being said, if we feel that a project we are asked to complete is unrealistic in its timing or its expectation, we would rather turn the work down then risk disappointing a customer.

Nearly half of our business is sanding and refinishing existing floors. We also do exceptional patching and repair work. And when your floor has just lost its sheen, we buff and coat to bring back its luster.

We are covered by workers compensation insurance, and we also carry General Liability Insurance to protect your property.
